I've always been a fan of dessert coffee & I love it when my coffee looks pretty. You can always the simplify steps by just mixing it all in but I love that gourmet coffee look even when taking it at home.
You'll need:
Black coffee
Ice
Milk
Coffee jelly - I bought this in Robinsons BTC
1. Make a cup of sweetened black coffee to your liking.
2. In your tall clear glass, add (in order)
a couple of spoonfuls of coffee jelly (tip: try not to add too much of the syrup)
ice cubes
milk
3. Pour your black coffee last to get that "layered" coffee look as in the photo :)
Enjoy on a hot summer day, or any day :)
